Settle in
for St Georges Restaurant
Settle In was developed to showcase the full St Georges experience, from arrival through to those conversations that somehow turn into a three-hour dinner. Built around a single campaign platform, the concept was brought to life across advertising, PR, digital channels, influencer partnerships and event marketing, creating a consistent story that could travel far beyond a single piece of creative.
Integrated Campaign Strategy + Delivery
St Georges Restaurant wanted to showcase more than just its food. The challenge was to capture the complete dining experience: the atmosphere, connection, conversation and sense of occasion that keeps guests lingering long after their plates are cleared.
Think Folk developed Settle In - a campaign platform built around the idea that dining at St Georges is something to be enjoyed slowly.
Rather than creating a single hero video and moving on, the campaign was designed to work across every customer touchpoint. The hero film became the foundation for an integrated marketing campaign spanning paid advertising, website content, email marketing, public relations, influencer partnerships, tourism promotion and event marketing.
The campaign also provided the strategic platform for Unplugged, a World Environment Day dining experience that invited guests to switch off their phones, reconnect with the people around them and enjoy an evening without the distractions of modern life.
